LAYBY TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. The seller is Baby Junction Nominees Pty Ltd trading as Baby Junction (ABN 66 260 647 807)
2. A 20% deposit is required to commence a layby
3. Items will not be ordered until payments exceed 50% of the full amount – we remind customers not to leave payments to the last minute as at times there may be delays with receiving stock
4. All goods remain the property of Baby Junction until the Layby is finalised
5. No part of the Layby can be separated or collected by the customer until the final payment has been received unless offered by Baby Junction
6. Payments are due every 30 (thirty) days from the date the Layby is entered into
7. Baby Junction may cancel the Layby if payments are not received in accordance with item 6 or finalised within the specified date
8. If the Layby is cancelled pursuant to items 6 or 7, a 20% restocking fee applies
9. If a customer wishes to cancel a layby, a 20% restocking fee applies.  All other payments will be returned to the customer
10. Any goods that are special ordered for a Layby cannot be cancelled or exchanged by the customer

Please provide 24-48 hours notice prior to Layby collection as Layby orders may be stored offsite
